About The Position

The Behavioral Health Program Manager at MaineHealth is responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of safe and effective patient care within the Behavioral Health Home (BHH) teams. This role involves coordinating services, managing team members, and ensuring compliance with clinical documentation standards. The Program Manager will also focus on program sustainability and achieving financial goals through effective service utilization and caseload management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Maine State licensure to practice at the independent level of an LCSW, LCPC, CARN, RNCS, or Ph.D. in mental health and substance abuse is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in community settings preferred.
• 3+ years of clinical supervisory and management experience preferred.
