About the position

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide quality care for clients in their homes. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and quality care to clients in their homes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients' health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Requirements

• Valid RN License in the state of Oklahoma.
• Experience in behavioral health nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in home health care or hospice care.
• BLS certification.
