About the position

As a Behavioral Health Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding our treatment team and providing direct patient care. Your expertise in addiction therapy will be essential in shaping the future of our therapeutic programs. You will be responsible for evaluating treatment plans, documentation, and services to ensure that we are providing quality care to individuals on their recovery journey. Your leadership will help foster a dynamic healthcare environment where both patients and staff can thrive. In this position, you will oversee the performance management of your team, ensuring that they meet performance measures while prioritizing the patient experience. You will also be responsible for the onboarding and training of new hires, implementing policies and workflows that align with our mission. Collaboration and communication will be key aspects of your role, as you will participate in and occasionally lead meetings, partnering with the Operations Director to ensure proper care and providing updates on recruitment progress and market insights. Compliance management will be another critical area of focus, as you will need to adhere to and manage compliance for supervision activities, promoting a culture of compliance within the team. Your excellent communication skills, high empathy, and adaptability will be vital in working with a diverse population and addressing the needs of our patients effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care alongside supervision for behavioral health staff.
  • Offer expertise on best practices and guidelines.
  • Evaluate treatment plans, documentation, and services.
  • Ensure teams meet performance measures in compliance.
  • Prioritize the patient experience while maintaining compliance.
  • Oversee onboarding and training for new hires.
  • Implement policies, workflows, and trainings.
  • Participate in and occasionally lead meetings and in-services.
  • Partner with Operations Director for proper care.
  • Provide updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Adhere to and manage compliance for supervision activities.
  • Embrace and promote a culture of compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in a related field.
  • 1+ years' experience as a Therapist at BrightView or relevant experience preferred.
  • Prior supervision experience required.
  • Master's Degree consistent with state-level regulation and requirements.
  • Active licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum independently licensed with supervision designation.
