About the position

The Behavioral Health Talent Acquisition Consultant at RHA Health Services is responsible for managing the recruitment process for candidates in the behavioral health sector. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The consultant will also focus on improving hiring strategies and reducing turnover rates by enhancing the quality of hires.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
  • Source potential candidates through networking, social media, and professional associations to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Create articulate and professional job postings for various online and offline resources.
  • Utilize techniques to discover and attract passive talent.
  • Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess candidates' skills and fit for the RHA environment.
  • Recommend hiring rates, make job offers, develop offer letters, and finalize hiring details for applicants.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment guidelines.
  • Focus on providing a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop, implement, and support workforce recruiting plans at the unit/department level.
  • Incorporate management feedback into future recruitment programs.

Requirements

  • 5 years of progressive relevant experience in recruitment.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with Workday ATS, MS Office, and Monday.com preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
