About The Position
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for Community Programs is responsible for providing direct client care through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to children with Autism. This role involves implementing treatment plans under the guidance of Behavior Consultants and Behavior Analysts, focusing on skill development and reducing maladaptive behaviors. The BHT works collaboratively with caregivers and other team members to create a supportive therapeutic environment that fosters client growth and development.
