About the position

The Behavioral Health Technician at Soar Autism Center is responsible for providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-6. This role focuses on implementing intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while maintaining high professional standards. The technician will also engage with families to update them on their child's progress and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in a clinic setting.
• Implement intervention plans created by BCBAs.
• Foster relationships with families and keep them updated on their child's progress.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
• Understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
