About the position

The Behavioral Healthcare Provider at DevCare Solutions Pvt., Ltd. is responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and providing interdisciplinary services related to behavioral and biomedical sciences. This role involves independently delivering behavioral healthcare services within the credentialed scope of practice and acting as a liaison to other support agencies. The position requires a focus on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of clients.

Responsibilities

• Acts as lead worker over lower level behavioral healthcare providers or independently develops and implements treatment plans for clients.
• Coordinates admission, assessment, evaluation, and treatment plans of client's care cycle.
• Provides interventions with acute, more complex clients.
• Handles cases containing numerous factors and problems and provides crisis intervention.
• Participates in the process of establishing, implementing, and directing behavioral healthcare programs and treatment system objectives.
• Develops and designs treatment intervention techniques and procedures, evaluates and modifies treatment systems to be responsive to client's progress and ability to change behavior.
• Serves as an active member of treatment teams, training sessions, department procedure meetings, and policy review meetings.
• Establishes and maintains working relationships with other facilities, agencies, and support services in order to coordinate referrals and conduct follow-up services.

Requirements

• Must hold a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare services.
