The Behavioral Interventionist will support students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) by contributing to plans, monitoring accommodations, facilitating meetings, documenting progress, and designing instruction aligned with intervention goals. This role includes coaching Dedicated Aides for Tier 3 students and managing the school's behavior response team. The Behavioral Interventionist will develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), tracking progress through data collection and analysis. Additionally, the position involves leading professional development on behavior intervention strategies and best practices, maintaining accurate and confidential student records, and fostering strong family partnerships through regular communication. The individual will also support school-wide initiatives, including safety procedures, arrival/dismissal, and family engagement, while actively participating in professional development and collaboration, upholding LAMB's Montessori and PAZ values. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
