About the position

Cognition Builders is seeking Family Architects and Cognitive Companions to support individuals and families through sustainable home-based interventions. The role focuses on promoting interpersonal and intrapersonal growth by addressing social, behavioral, and academic concerns through the implementation of behavioral and language modification techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral and language modification techniques
• Implement award-winning curricula
• Address family dynamics to decrease interpersonal conflict and dysfunction
• Complete daily documentation requirements

Requirements

• Master's degree in social sciences or education related field
• Knowledge of and experience working with principles of learning and behavior
• Basic knowledge of appropriate and abnormal development
• Ability to work independently and employ critical thinking
• Genuine empathy towards others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work, and health science fields
