About the position
Pathway Family Services is seeking a full-time therapist to work with children, youth, and their families in a residential treatment program. The role focuses on helping families build on their strengths and connect with community resources to improve their lives. The therapist will work collaboratively with a partner to meet case plan goals and assist families in learning important skills for stability and permanency.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with children, youth, and their families in a residential treatment program.
- Assist families in learning important skills and techniques to maintain stability and permanency in the home.
- Collaborate with a team partner to meet case plan goals.
- Help locate resources for families to improve their lives.
- Advocate for children and their families.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a human service-related field.
- State-required clinical licensure.
- Minimum of two years' experience working with youth and families experiencing developmental, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.
