Responsibilities

  • Anticipate needs and act independently to drive projects forward without waiting for instructions.
  • Maintain and optimize executive schedules, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications to maintain high engagement levels.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Develop and implement effective workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough research and make recommendations to stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and practices.
  • Organize key industry events, site visits, and conferences to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Provide flexible support on various administrative and operational tasks to meet dynamic needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of administrative experience, with 2+ years supporting senior executives.
  • Self-starter who is driven and takes initiative without constant direction.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated creativity in finding solutions and driving results.
