About the position

The Bell Labs Radio Systems 6G Intern position at Nokia is a 10-week internship designed for Ph.D. candidates in relevant fields. The role focuses on advancing wireless communication technologies through research and development, utilizing state-of-the-art algorithms and tools. Interns will engage in hands-on projects that contribute to the future of wireless connectivity, while also gaining valuable experience in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify the state-of-the-art of the proposed project
• Apply relevant analysis and propose potential solutions
• Compare against legacy benchmarks, and provide performance evaluation and recommendations
• Document all the technical details, make internal presentations
• Write internal technical reports for potential conference/journal publications

Requirements

• Currently a candidate for a Ph.D. degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Strong self-motivation with good troubleshooting skills
• Excellent background in wireless communication and signal processing
• Good track record in scientific publication
