  • Maintain records in the agency management system.
  • Assist in open enrollment meetings and eligibility audits.
  • Provide administrative support and service needs to the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of experience in a professional customer service and/or administrative role.
  • Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license (to be obtained within 60 days of employment).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
