Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert to support pension team leaders and clients.
• Perform routine and recurring plan administration tasks for client's defined benefit plans.
• Process retirement benefit applications and verify the accuracy of information.
• Analyze pension benefits to process calculations and provide communications to clients.
• Research and respond to plan-participant issues regarding eligibility and calculation reviews.
• Collaborate with team members to address pension benefit questions and queries.
• Review benefit reports to identify solutions and provide recommendations to management.
• Perform reporting and data analysis to present pension benefit information clearly.
• Assist junior employees by answering questions and providing feedback.
