About The Position
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for administering employee benefits programs, including retirement, medical, dental, life, and other insurance plans. This role involves processing benefit enrollments and terminations, assisting employees with benefit elections, and resolving any questions or concerns regarding benefits. The Benefits Administrator will collaborate with HR and payroll as needed to ensure smooth operations of the benefits programs.
