About the position
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for administering employee benefits programs, including retirement, medical, dental, life, and other insurance plans. This role involves processing benefit enrollments and terminations, assisting employees with benefit elections, and resolving any questions or concerns regarding benefits. The Benefits Administrator will collaborate with HR and payroll as needed to ensure smooth operations of the benefits programs.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs such as retirement, medical, dental, life, and other insurance plans
- Process benefit enrollments and terminations
- Provide assistance with and process benefit elections
- Resolve employee questions and concerns regarding benefits
- Collaborate with HR and payroll as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a benefits administrator or similar experience
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as UKG/Kronos
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Strong Excel skills a must
