About the position

As a Benefits Coordinator, you will guide potential customers through eligibility and enrollment processes for state benefit programs. This role is crucial in helping individuals navigate life-changing services while working in a dynamic environment that offers comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to inform potential customers about state benefit programs and assist them in understanding program eligibility and benefits.
  • Engage with customers through clear, confident communication and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify sales opportunities and overcome objections to close sales effectively and confidently.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring smooth tracking of customer interactions.
  • Meet and exceed performance goals including sales targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure every customer interaction is positive, informative, and efficient.

Requirements

  • No experience required; full training provided.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently speak to customers and explain programs and benefits.
  • A customer-first mentality focused on meeting customer needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle complex customer interactions with ease.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer programs to track and manage sales data.
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to grow within the company.
