About the position

The Human Resources and Benefits Coordinator at Flexco is responsible for providing support in benefits administration and general human resources functions. This role emphasizes a team-oriented environment and is focused on delivering excellent service to employees while ensuring compliance with benefits-related regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in benefits administration including Open Enrollment and Leave of Absences.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in general support for the human resources department.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience with benefits administration, including Open Enrollment and Leave of Absences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
