About the position

The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to employees regarding their benefits inquiries. This role requires a strong understanding of benefits administration and experience with HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Conduct data collection and maintain accurate records related to employee benefits.
  • Assist in training development related to benefits education for employees.
  • Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate deductions related to benefit elections.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legislation affecting employee benefits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in benefits administration or a related HR function.
  • Familiarity with HR systems including ADP Workforce is preferred.
  • Strong data collection and analytical skills to manage benefit-related information effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide clear guidance to employees regarding their benefits options.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
