The Benefits Coordinator will track all types of leaves, follow up on missing paperwork, and ensure that employees are billed correctly for any premiums owed. The position requires strong organizational skills as the Benefits Coordinator will compile information for Temporary Disability Insurance claims, review employee injury reports, and file workers' compensation claims. Additionally, the coordinator will conduct benefits presentations during new hire orientations and maintain accurate records of benefits documentation. The role may also involve coordinating annual flu shots and assisting with various HR projects as needed.
