About the position

The Benefits Coordinator, reporting to the Benefits Manager, plays a crucial role in supporting Fujifilm's corporate health and welfare program. This position involves researching, analyzing, and evaluating trends in employee benefits, with a particular focus on wellness initiatives. The Coordinator will collaborate with various internal departments and external vendors to enhance employee engagement and experience through wellness programs and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Benefits Manager to build and execute Wellness strategy across U.S. subsidiaries.
  • Attend vendor meetings to ensure effective account management and member experience.
  • Plan and execute virtual and on-site wellness events, including health fairs and wellness activities.
  • Manage promotional item giveaways and ensure proper distribution.
  • Create and edit employee communications regarding wellness initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications for branding and promotion of wellness events.
  • Administer employee benefit programs including health insurance, dental, vision, and flexible spending accounts.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll in a timely manner.
  • Compile data and report metrics on customer service functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a benefits role.
  • Strong customer service skills and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, and flexible spending accounts.
