About The Position
Cornerstones of Care is a mental and behavioral health nonprofit certified in trauma-informed care that provides evidence-based prevention, intervention, treatment, and support services to help children and families improve their safety and health by making positive changes in their lives. Each year, our team empowers children and families in Kansas, Missouri, and beyond through three key service areas: Youth & Family Support, Foster Care & Adoption, and Education & Community Trainings. We are seeking a Benefits & Leave Specialist to join our team. Your role as the Benefits & Leave Specialist will involve carrying out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: benefits administration, workers' compensation administration, reporting, leave administration, training, affirmative action, and employment equity programs. Serve as the subject matter expert for the Agency's benefits and leave programs. Performs exemplary customer service and assistance to team members, leadership, and the PX Team.
