About the position

The Benefits Outreach Coordinator at Critical Nurse Staffing is responsible for promoting the company's vision and mission while generating revenue through patient recruitment and retention. This role involves developing relationships with referral sources and leads, assisting patients and families, and collaborating with health personnel to enhance company growth and acquire referrals from the healthcare community.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain lasting connections and relationships with referral sources.
• Provide education regarding CNS services to encourage trust and loyalty.
• Become an expert in the EEOICPA program through on-the-job training.
• Identify opportunities and refer claimants for assistance and/or education.
• Work with the claims department to assist potential EEOICPA claimants through the OWCP claims process.
• Interact with professionals of various health service agencies to determine patient eligibility services.
• Maintain and build partnerships and coalitions with advocates in the EEOICPA arena.
• Promote and sell CNS services, education appointments, and sales opportunities for outside sales.
• Participate in lead generating activities as defined by management.
• Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
• Submit required reports per established timelines.

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of sales or call center experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Healthcare sales experience preferred.
