The Benefits Partner at Dropbox is responsible for managing and optimizing benefit plans across the US and Canada, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize benefit plans across the US and Canada, including medical insurance, retirement plans, risk insurance, spending accounts, COBRA, and compliance.
  • Partner with brokers and providers to ensure smooth operation of plans, manage renewals, and facilitate updates or changes.
  • Manage cross-functional partnerships with payroll, HRITS, and human resources.
  • Focus on enhancing employee experience to ensure benefits and leaves are easily understood and accessible.
  • Evolve existing processes and build operational excellence for benefit administration.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key partners across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of benefits analyst experience with a tech/SaaS company.
  • Proven creativity and resourcefulness in solving problems.
  • Ability to thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
  • Superb communication skills, including experience communicating with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Analytical and structured thinking to synthesize main considerations and create proposals.
  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Strong benefits administration experience and tech-savvy skills are a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with tools such as Excel, Workday, and ChatGPT.
  • Experience working with a fast-paced Global Team.
