About the position

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits & Payroll Manager to work for a prestigious client. This person will oversee and enhance the company's payroll and benefits functions. This role requires a meticulous professional capable of managing multi-state payroll processes and benefits administration with a high level of efficiency and accuracy. The Benefits & Payroll Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that all payroll operations are executed flawlessly and that employee benefits are administered effectively, contributing to the overall satisfaction and well-being of the workforce. In this position, the manager will be responsible for preparing and executing multi-state payroll operations using ADP, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. They will oversee all aspects of employee benefits, including managing 401(k) plans, health insurance, and other company-sponsored benefit programs. Additionally, the manager will handle all invoice management related to payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Compliance is a key aspect of this role, as the manager will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. The Benefits & Payroll Manager will also provide support and assistance to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service. Continuous improvement is essential, and the manager will be expected to identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll and benefits operations, thereby increasing efficiency and effectiveness in these critical areas.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute multi-state payroll operations using ADP, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payroll and benefits management.
