About the position

As a Benefits & Payroll Manager at Ravenwood Specialty Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills in record keeping, bookkeeping, and payroll management. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, process payroll in a timely manner, and assist employees with their benefits inquiries. Responsibilities

  • Manage the benefits and payroll processes for the skilled nursing community.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records related to payroll and benefits.
  • Assist employees with inquiries regarding their benefits and payroll.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to align operations with the mission of Care Initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • Training/education in record keeping, bookkeeping/accounting, payroll, and general administrative skills is necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer systems.
