As a member of the Johnson Controls team, you will be part of the Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program, a 6-month technical sales development initiative designed for recent college graduates. This program focuses on strategic selling of Johnson Controls' Fire products and services to commercial customers. You will leverage your technical engineering knowledge and business acumen to engage with customers, understanding their product and project needs while serving as a subject matter expert. The program includes a comprehensive training and development experience that combines classroom learning, field orientation, and on-the-job training. You will gain insights into our mechanical equipment and service offerings, customer relationship techniques, and essential leadership skills, all aimed at preparing you to support customers in your designated territory alongside the sales team. As part of this role, you will consult with architects, engineers, and building owners on product selections, collaborate with internal experts, and contribute to achieving business goals.
