As a member of the Johnson Controls team, you will be part of the Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program, a 6-month technical sales development initiative designed for recent college graduates. This program focuses on strategic selling of Johnson Controls' Fire products and services to commercial customers. You will leverage your technical engineering knowledge and business acumen to engage with customers, understanding their product and project needs while serving as a subject matter expert. The program includes a comprehensive training and development experience that combines classroom learning, field orientation, and on-the-job training. You will gain insights into our mechanical equipment and service offerings, customer relationship techniques, and leadership skills, all aimed at preparing you to support customers in your designated territory alongside the sales team. You will also have the opportunity to consult with architects, engineers, and building owners regarding product selections, while collaborating with internal experts to achieve business goals. This role is critical to the success of a local sales team and connects you to a national network of sales professionals.
