About The Position
Sterling Grove Golf & Country Club is thrilled to offer an exciting career opportunity for the position of Beverage Cart Attendant. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to guests on the golf course, ensuring that their beverage needs are met in a timely and professional manner. The Beverage Cart Attendant will be responsible for driving the beverage cart to various locations on the course, maintaining a well-stocked supply of beverages and bar products, and ensuring compliance with all applicable beverage service laws. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hospitality-focused environment and will be dedicated to delivering superior customer service. In this position, the Beverage Cart Attendant will be expected to maintain a professional appearance at all times and to engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. This includes learning the names of regular customers and recognizing them during their visits. The attendant will also monitor the guest experience, taking appropriate actions to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns that may arise. Additionally, the role involves preparing garnishes, mixing drinks, and performing clean-up and closing duties as assigned. The Beverage Cart Attendant will work closely with peers and management, communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations. This position requires regular and reliable attendance, and while experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not mandatory. The successful candidate will be a team player who is eager to contribute to the overall success of the club and enhance the guest experience.
