About the position

The Beverage Operations Manager at Niagara Bottling is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial success of the beverage division, which serves retail and branded customers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and service metrics are met, while also leading initiatives to optimize operations and reduce waste. The manager will play a key role in driving strategic change and improving processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal teams in resolution of systemic QA, service, and internal process issues.
• Responsible for operational KPI Oversight (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Reporting, etc.) for both retail and beverage customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve systemic operational challenges and drive strategic optimization opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional operational change management.
• Ensure proper resource allocation, drive prioritization, communicate progress and escalate as needed.
• Coach, support & mentor cross-functional operations team members.
• Monitor asset utilization against goals and collaborate with functional teams to drive improvement opportunities.
• Identify internal and external opportunities that may be enhanced or automated by technology.
• Identify and develop long-term strategies, processes, and initiatives to sustainably reduce scrap.

Requirements

• 6 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 6 Years - Experience in Position
• 6 Years - Experience managing people/projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management Science, or related field
