About the position

The Beverage Production Manager for Coffee Support is responsible for overseeing the entire cold brew production process, ensuring quality standards are met while managing schedules and customer satisfaction. This role involves training and supervising a team, maintaining equipment, and collaborating on new product development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire cold brew production process and ensure schedules are on track.
• Train and supervise a team in the cold brew production and safety process.
• Manage equipment and facility, ensuring food safety and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new cold brew flavors and promote seasonal offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for an uninterrupted supply of coffee beans and materials.
• Maintain clean and organized brewing equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Understand and create SOPs and maintenance for equipment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as coffee, beer, or beverage production.
• Excellent attention to detail to consistently produce high-quality brews.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively train and supervise a team of 2-4.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Coffee/Cold Brew experience is preferred but not required.
• Safe Quality Food Certification (SQF Practitioner) training will be provided.
• Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) training will be provided.
• Forklift Certification training will be provided.
