About The Position
Responsible for providing Beverage service to all Casino customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, displaying a high standard of Customer services. The position requires interaction with the public and Team Members, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. The Beverage service includes prompt and courteous service, maintaining cleanliness in the gaming area, and compliance with health and sanitation standards. The role also involves monitoring customer needs and assisting other beverage personnel as necessary.
