About the position

Responsible for providing Beverage service to all Casino customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, displaying a high standard of Customer services. The position requires interaction with the public and Team Members, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. The Beverage service includes prompt and courteous service, maintaining cleanliness in the gaming area, and compliance with health and sanitation standards. The role also involves monitoring customer needs and assisting other beverage personnel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members.
• Provides prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to customers.
• Performs necessary tasks to service customers, including taking and filling beverage orders.
• Maintains knowledge of ABC Codes and the Dram Shop Act.
• Completes Alcohol Awareness Training and maintains certification.
• Ensures compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Monitors customer needs and fulfills beverage requests promptly.
• Works with Bartenders, Bar backs, Supervisors, and other Team Members.
• Maintains assigned area for cleanliness.
• Assists other beverage personnel with maintenance and side work.
• Maintains a consistent and regular attendance record.
• Performs any reasonable request made by management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
