About the position

As a Beverage Server at ilani, you will be an integral part of our team, providing world-class guest service on our gaming floor. Your primary responsibilities will include taking drink orders, serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, and processing payments in accordance with departmental procedures. In this position, you will serve beverages in various areas, including the casino floor and cocktail lounges. You will utilize a point of sale terminal to complete cashiering functions and must have a thorough understanding of state liquor laws, including proper identification procedures and intervention strategies for managing intoxication levels. Confidentiality of sensitive information is paramount, and you will be responsible for handling all payment methods securely. The role may also involve performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall guest experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
  • One year of experience serving in a high-volume food and beverage setting.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a supportive team environment.
  • Dependable, flexible, and available to work any shift, especially nights and weekends.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift for an 8-hour shift.
  • Willingness to work in a smoking environment.
  • Adherence to company health and safety measures.
