About the position

The BI&A Product Owner at Manifest Solutions is responsible for leveraging data analytics and visualization tools to enhance business decision-making through the development of internal data products. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translating those into actionable data requirements, and contributing to the creation of data analytic solutions that provide valuable insights. The Product Owner will also manage a backlog of features and work closely with cross-functional teams to address business process gaps.

Responsibilities

• Use data analytics and visualization tools to create internal data products.
• Understand business processes and develop use cases for data solutions.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis for data analytic solutions and digital tools.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and product evangelist for data and analytics tools.
• Groom the backlog of features to align with the BI&A roadmap.
• Work with technology and data governance teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Resolve business process gaps that hinder data utilization for insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Science, or Math.
• 10+ years of experience in business data analysis and requirements building.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing effectively.
• Knowledge of agile software development processes.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other analytical technologies.
