About the position

The Senior Business Analyst at IPVR Services Corp. is responsible for leveraging data analytics and visualization tools to enhance business decision-making. This role involves collaborating with various business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those into actionable data products, such as dashboards and reports, to improve business performance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Use data analytics and visualization tools to support effective business decision-making.
• Develop internal data products to enhance business processes.
• Understand business processes and develop use cases and user stories.
• Conduct acceptance testing and contribute to cost/benefit analysis for data analytic solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define BI&A use cases and desired outcomes.
• Write user stories and requirements in collaboration with the business and technology teams.
• Groom a backlog of features and data to support the BI&A roadmap.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and product evangelist for data and analytics tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve business process gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in IT/Business/Science/Math).
• 10+ years of experience in business data analysis and requirements building.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and/or other analytical technologies.
• Working knowledge of the agile software development process.
