About the position

The PowerBI Analyst position at Regal Rexnord is a key role within the Commercial Excellence team, reporting to the Commercial Business Insights leader. This role focuses on enhancing reporting, analysis, and business insights to support the commercial team in achieving growth objectives. The analyst will collaborate with business leadership to identify needs, provide data insights, and improve business intelligence systems, leveraging a strong passion for data governance and technical skills to drive continuous improvement and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to build and deploy BI solutions to meet commercial needs.
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover and report on trends and patterns.
• Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of BI solutions.
• Build continuous improvements and automation to enhance existing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of prior experience in a related role.
• Commercial experience aligned with Sales and Customer Care data and processes is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in Power BI is required; certifications are strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com reporting & Einstein/Tableau CRM, SQL, Microsoft Access, and Excel is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data structure best practices, including data warehousing, modeling, and mining.
• Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate organizational performance based on information from disparate sources.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications in Power BI or related tools.
• Experience with advanced data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with additional BI tools and platforms.
