About The Position
HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support clients in data collection, integration, coding, querying, and reporting. The role involves developing systems for data analysis, creating dashboards for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and utilizing predictive analytics to forecast challenges within the corrections system. The analyst will collaborate with staff to implement the O-Track system and provide regular updates to clients.
