Responsibilities

  • Analyze large-scale first-party data sets to provide insights on consumer behavior and engagement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and build positive relationships across departments.
  • Bridge business stakeholders and the BI & Analytics team to provide actionable insights.
  • Champion the DASH platform, driving its adoption and improving overall usage.
  • Convert details from business discussions into functional specifications for analytical solutions.
  • Identify information gaps and develop analytical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop analytics plans, establish delivery timelines, and communicate project progress.
  • Partner with backend development teams to design and optimize data pipelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of related work experience analyzing data and delivering business insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL, database systems, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Power BI.
  • Experience with customer retention, email analytics, or financial reporting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift is a plus.
