The BI Developer will also focus on automating processes using tools like Excel, Python, and Power Automate, ensuring that the sales team operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to sales performance.
  • Analyze historical sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast demand, inventory levels, and customer preferences.
  • Create actionable insights by visualizing data through PowerBI dashboards and reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with targeted campaigns.
  • Provide recommendations on pricing strategies, product bundling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on sales analytics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Power BI development, including creating and managing dashboards and reports, developing data models, and implementing DAX queries.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate for streamlining sales processes and automating workflows.
  • Advanced Excel automation skills, including the use of VBA for creating macros and automating complex data tasks.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
