About the position

As a BI Developer at ManpowerGroup, you will be an integral part of the Insights team, responsible for transforming data into actionable insights. Your role will involve developing visual dashboards and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions that support data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data engineers to acquire, clean, and integrate data from various sources into our BI platforms.
• Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
• Design and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for reporting and analytics.
• Identify and implement performance improvements in BI solutions to enhance speed and efficiency.
• Develop intuitive data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with Data Scientists and Analysts to understand their requirements and provide the necessary data infrastructure and tools.
• Document data sources, processes, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainable systems.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to utilize BI tools effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes (AWS preferred).
• Excellent communication, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive industry data is a plus.
