About the position

Kforce is seeking a BI Developer for a client in Denver, Colorado. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing employees to work three days onsite and two days from home. The company provides parking costs for employees working in Downtown Denver. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in BI development within an enterprise-level environment. The BI Developer will play a crucial role in report development and data visualization, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to identify their reporting and dashboard needs. Candidates should possess senior-level skills in MS SQL, ETL processes, and tools such as Tableau. This role is essential for ensuring that the business has the necessary insights and data visualizations to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements.
• Create data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Utilize MS SQL and ETL processes to manage data effectively.
• Work with tools like Tableau to present data in an accessible format.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of BI development experience in an enterprise-level environment.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and tools.
• Strong skills in MS SQL and SQL Server.
• Experience with SSIS and Tableau.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users and non-technical team members.
• Relevant education and/or training in a related field.
