As a BI Frontend Developer, Data Analyst at Fireblocks, you will play a pivotal role in driving our data analytics initiatives. Your expertise in Tableau development and data warehouse (DWH) modeling will be crucial in collaborating with analysts to provide valuable insights that support critical decision-making processes. This position is situated within a fast-paced environment, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while contributing to the growth and efficiency of the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will design and work closely with Data Engineers to implement efficient and scalable data warehouse models, ensuring that accurate and accessible data is available for business analytics. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into actionable analytical solutions. Your responsibilities will also include conducting in-depth data analysis and developing data-driven recommendations aimed at driving business growth, improving customer experience, and optimizing operational efficiencies. Additionally, you will perform data mining, segmentation, and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support marketing, finance, and sales initiatives. Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through data validation, cleansing, and quality control measures will be a key part of your role.
