About the position
The Bi-Lingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative at Hiley Mazda of Arlington plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service within a busy multi-dealership Business Development Center (BDC). This position involves responding to customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with service appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with missed appointments.
- Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
- Utilize BDC tracking system daily.
Requirements
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
- Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
- Prompt and courteous demeanor.
- Positive and hardworking personality.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (preferably with dual-screen experience).
- Ability to work any days/hours the BDC is open.
- Automotive knowledge is a plus.
