About the position

We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position focused exclusively on outpatient responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, as effective communication with our diverse patient population is essential. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, with no night or weekend shifts, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. In this role, you will manage small patient panels, typically seeing 12-15 patients per day. This structure is designed to ensure consistency and focus on providing high-quality care. Our practice follows a value-based care model, which emphasizes rewarding outcomes rather than the volume of services provided. You will be responsible for delivering personalized primary care to older adults on Medicare, with the overarching goal of keeping our patients healthy and enabling them to live life to the fullest. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes above-market base salary without RVU targets, along with quarterly bonuses based on quality metrics rather than quantity. Additionally, there is a partnership track available for those interested in long-term growth within the organization. Our benefits package includes 6 weeks of paid time off (PTO), which encompasses vacation, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME) time. We also provide a $5000 stipend for CME, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health benefits including health, vision, dental, and life insurance. Furthermore, we offer a 401K investment plan with up to a 4% company match, which is vested immediately, as well as medical malpractice insurance and an employee stock purchase plan. To support your practice, you will have access to a dedicated medical scribe and medical assistant, and we may offer a relocation package on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities
