About the position

The Bi-Lingual (Korean-English) Senior Project Manager will lead and manage projects within the Industrial Market, focusing on various sectors such as advanced technology, automotive, and food and beverage. This role involves overseeing project scope development, client management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results while maintaining strong client relationships. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to guide project teams effectively and manage financial aspects of projects.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuits, client management, project scope development, project planning, and organizing.
• Manage change, inter-discipline coordination, production coordination, and team leadership.
• Oversee financial management, project quality control, and delivery.
• Maintain healthy client relationships and provide operational insight for driving projects.
• Communicate project goals clearly to project teams to meet client expectations.
• Lead project staff, prepare work schedules, and assign specific duties.
• Oversee the production of plans and specifications for design projects in industrial and manufacturing facilities.
• Maintain project financial control, including monitoring earned value and estimates to complete.
• Identify and lead in controlling scope and managing change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering discipline.
• 15+ years of job-related experience with a consulting firm for Industrial/Manufacturing/Process projects.
• Experience with design management and pre-construction experience as a contractor is preferred.
• AIA or P.E. licensure is required.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead, develop, and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Bi-lingual in Korean and English, with the ability to communicate technical requirements.
