Green Clean Commercial is seeking a Bi-Lingual Operations Coordinator who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Director of Human Resources and Account Management through various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include general clerical duties, data entry, problem-solving, and coordination of HR functions such as interviewing and onboarding new employees. You will be the face of our company, projecting a professional image through in-person, video, and phone interactions with employees and clients alike. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment and fostering strong relationships with team members. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, highly organized, and possess strong communication skills. You will be expected to maximize productivity and utilize current technology trends and social media effectively. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must have a clean background screening and be able to pass a drug screening. While a college degree is preferred, it is not required if you have prior experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Files and Records
  • Maintain & Coordinate Staff Work Schedules
  • Coordinate and Host Video and Audio Conference Interviews
  • Meet & Greet Employees via Software
  • Manage Employee Time Records
  • Create, Maintain and Modify Documents Using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Perform General Clerical Duties, including Photocopying, Faxing, and Filing
  • Maintain Hard Copy and Electronic Filing System
  • Communicate and Analyze Work Performance to Customers

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maximize productivity and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with current technology trends and social media
  • Clean background screening and ability to pass drug screening
  • Prior Human Resources experience preferred or a college degree
