About the position

The Bi-Lingual Field Sales Representative for Samsung Electronics America is responsible for overseeing sales within assigned retail stores. The representative will build strong relationships with store managers and staff, ensuring that Samsung's products stand out in a competitive retail environment. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory sales strategies targeting key retail stores.
• Conduct regular sales visits to ensure product placement and visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for stock availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred; minimum 2-years of higher education required.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
