About the position

The BI Technical Project Manager (TPM) will lead the Enterprise Data Warehouse Cloud Migration project, focusing on migrating existing data and analytics to the Snowflake Cloud platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in data engineering and analytics, along with strong project management skills to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the Enterprise Data Warehouse Cloud Migration project.
• Manage the code conversion, data foundation build, and reports and analytics migration efforts.
• Lead the technical delivery, implementation, and business change management.
• Develop a detailed project plan and timeline to monitor and track project progress.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams in all phases of the project.
• Track and monitor daily tasks and overall progress for multiple workstreams.
• Manage risks and escalations effectively.
• Assist in the documentation of best practices and project scope definition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or relevant work experience in BI.
• 7+ years of experience in leading BI projects and programs related to data engineering and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse, Snowflake Cloud, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hybrid project methods (Waterfall and Agile).
• Proven track record of managing project scope, timeline, risks, and issues.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in leading organizational change efforts using data tools.
• Previous experience as a Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Solution Architect or Data Engineer.
• Scrum master certification.
