The Manager of Scheduling Operations is responsible for the complex oversight and management of both the HMFP and APHMFP physician and CRNA scheduling operations, currently supporting 11 different hospitals and practices for approximately 300 providers. The manager closely collaborates with physician and administrative leadership for both operations to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency. The Manager is responsible for data analytics and reporting on staffing trends and prepares forecasts to support strategic programs. The Manager is expected to fully participate in Departmental initiatives and committees.
