About the position

The position at HTC Global Services involves supporting the client's data platform, focusing on the complete data lifecycle from ingestion to presentation. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and team members to ensure data quality and effective use of emerging technologies, particularly within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Support the client's data platform by managing the complete data lifecycle.
• Ensure data quality through ingestion and cleaning processes.
• Utilize GCP services, particularly BigQuery and Dataflow, for data management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
• Work with SQL for backend data preparation and integration with frontend tools.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience with Python scripting for data manipulation and processing.
• Strong SQL expertise with skills in query optimization and backend data preparation.
• 4-6 years of experience as an SQL Developer.
• 1-3 years of experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools and practices.
• 4-6 years of familiarity with ETL/ELT processes; knowledge of Informatica is a plus.
• 1-3 years of proficiency in using GCP services, particularly BigQuery and Dataflow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
