About the position

The Bilingual Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for managing accounts payable processes, payroll for field employees, and providing administrative support. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients. The position is full-time and requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly statement reconciliation for accounts payable.
• Support other members of the accounts payable division, including training.
• Reconcile labor contractor invoices in coordination with payroll.
• Enter accounts payable data accurately.
• Process payroll for field employees and consolidate weekly hours.
• Assist employees with payroll inquiries, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
• Administer benefit enrollment documents and enroll employees in benefits.
• Maintain and develop employee contact lists.
• Provide administrative support to various divisions as needed.
• Self-direct workload to accomplish daily tasks and complete other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Trimble Vista by Viewpoint is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills to address team and customer issues.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime as needed.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and communication channels simultaneously.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Average or above computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
